Acting for the owner through new build and refit - specification, yard selection and negotiation, build supervision, sea trials, delivery and warranty follow-through.
PURCHASE AND SALE
Discreet search and off-market introductions, negotiation, and coordination of survey, legal and registration through to completion.
OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT
Selection and audit of management companies, crew and captain appointments, flag and class matters, insurance review and running-cost control.
CHARTER
Charter programme structuring and marketing oversight where an owner wishes to offset costs - on the owner’s terms, not the broker’s.
02 — PROPERTY
Trophy property is bought quietly, held carefully and sold well. We act for families acquiring, restoring and managing significant homes and portfolios across the Middle East, Europe and the Americas - as buyers’ representatives, project principals and portfolio managers.
SEARCH AND ACQUISITION
On and off-market search, negotiation, and coordination of legal, structural and planning due diligence with the family’s own advisers.
OWNER’S REPRESENTATION
Acting for the owner through renovation and development - architects, contractors and consultants engaged, supervised and held to budget and programme.
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Oversight of lettings, maintenance and staff across multiple properties and jurisdictions, with clear consolidated reporting to the principal.
DISPOSAL
Preparation and discreet sale of significant assets - off-market where possible, properly marketed where not, with negotiation led on the owner’s side.
03 — THE WIDER COLLECTION
The assets a family collects because it wants to, not because it must - aircraft, art, watches, cars and cellars. We buy them privately, keep them documented, insured and cared for, and sell them well when the time comes.
AVIATION
Private management and owner’s representation for aircraft - acquisition and disposal, operator selection and audit, crew, maintenance oversight and cost control.
ART
Acquisition and disposal by private treaty and at auction, provenance and condition due diligence, and collection management across residences and jurisdictions.
WATCHES AND COLLECTIONS
Discreet sourcing, disposal and administration of watch, car and wine collections - catalogued, valued, insured, stored and transported properly.
04 — PRIVATE OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
The unglamorous work that makes everything else possible. We run the administrative machinery of a family’s affairs - accounts kept, vendors paid, households staffed, records in order - and coordinate the professionals who protect it: counsel, insurers, security specialists. The principal deals with decisions, not paperwork.
FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION
Cashbooks, vendor payments, reconciliations and consolidated reporting across accounts, entities and currencies - kept orderly, and always visible to the principal.
HOUSEHOLD AND STAFF
Recruitment coordination, payroll administration and vendor management for residences and crews - contracts in order and costs under control.
GLOBAL INSURANCE
Placement and administration of cover across jurisdictions - properties, yachts, art and personal lines - reviewed annually, with claims managed on the family’s behalf.
LEGAL
Instruction and oversight of counsel across jurisdictions; discreet advice through divorce and separation, with family assets managed and protected through to settlement; personal disputes handled quietly and brought to an end.
ASSET INVENTORIES
A private inventory of everything the family owns - property, vessels, aircraft, collections, vehicles - compiled, valued and refreshed annually.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Residence and structuring support alongside the family’s own advisers, secure communications, and vetted close protection and residential security - at home, in transit and on board.
